I’ve been wanting to buy a stability ball to try out the drills I saw on the videos you posted. I went to a sports store and they have three sizes: 55cm, 65cm, and 75cm. Just wanted to ask what size would you suggest I get and what brand. Thanks!

  2. Hi Pat,

My best advice is to buy all 3. The 75cm will be the easiest to master, and also the most fun! I believe the one in the video is a 65cm. The 55cm will be harder to master, but can be accomplished very easily after you master 75cm. I will try to do a video on the subject when i have a chance. The smaller the ball gets the harder to do the same movements as you have less surface area / less room for mistakes and need to be faster and more accurate with the movement ( the ball makes a full rotation faster).

    Thanks for the good question,

    Roberto

Thanks Roberto! I appreciate the reply. Guess I’ll be getting the 75cm first and see how it goes. Thanks for sharing all this info.

I believe this is a great excerise to become fit for almost no cost. There’s a lot of TV-shows recommending people to get all kind of strange equiment. Great entry.
