Muscle Up Challenge: Update #1

Can Team Third Law BJJ catch up to Mike Fowler’s 12 muscle-ups. Mike is trying to do 15 in a row, and we are trying to beat him. Check him out right here:

    what up man… good to see you at team training

    i actually tried one of these for the first time after team training

    i thought that while its obviously a really hard excercise, a lot of the difficulty is getting the technique down

    the guy who was showing me how to do them was using a false grip, he said it was way easier

  2. Yes, false grip and some tape makes it easier. The most I have done so far is 7.
