Bucket List – A Super Important List of Goals…- PART 1

Ok now that we are done watching this emotional movie trailer…lets get talking about some serious stuff.

Not too long ago we spoke about goals in Goals For Athletes (https://bjjengineer.com?p=328)> You definitely need to read this. Anyways one thing that we discuss was the importance of writing your goals daily to embed them in our subconscious. We also spoke about how writing goals down ends up being the best tool for achieving goals. I dontw ant to talk about what has already been discussed in Goals For Athletes (https://bjjengineer.com?p=328) . Please read this.

Anyways I am a true believer in writing down goals and telling others to make yourself accountable for them.

Without having my citizenship done or passports or anything . I said to my coaches and my students. in 2010 I will travel to Brazil 3 times to train and compete.

Not too long after I had my citizenship and passports done and I am traveling to Portugal to compete in the IBJJF European Championships. Since I just told you guys, no I have an even bigger accountability factor pushing me to accomplish this goals.

I did the same with an attendance system I wanted at the school and now is done! IT WORKS……

So I said lets take it to a next level….What are the top 100 things I want to do before I die and apply the writing your goals every day method.

So tomorrow I will be releasing my Bucket List and I want to see yours too. I want to see comments flowing all in the website! Then in part two not only will I release my bucket list and make me super accountable for achieving each of those goals, but will release a video of a goal exercise and challenge I am doing with one of my students.

THIS WILL BE A FUN ARTICLE!
