Today I managed to meet my training objective of working to improve my closed guard. I managed to do grip breaks and drags to my left side and 50 visualization drills to my left side. I also added a nice technique that came up from drilling and troubleshooting some points. I think I will call it U turn back take. I can’t wait to drill this more tomorrow. My goal is reach 1000 reps to the left and 100 reps visualized to the left!

Grip Break and Arm drag from closed guard : 100 reps to the left and 50 visualized to the left side!
By the way i tried grappling with the bad foot and it hurts but I am getting more comfortable rolling. I also rolled quite a bit just for fun.
